PRODUCT NAME FOR FIX: Easy Scrub Deep Cleaning Cream
Is this scrubber cream only for stone and glass surfaces?
Absolutely not. It works great for removing mineral deposits from marble, granite countertops, travertine showers, glass shower doors, engineered quartz, tile, stainless steel surfaces, appliances, and more!
Will it cause my metal framing and faucets to rust?
Rust occurs when water remains on metal surfaces long enough for oxidation to occur. If you follow the instructions carefully and buff the surface dry with a microfiber towel after applying the cleaning scrub, you should not see any rusting.
Can I use this stone glass scrub as an everyday cleaner?
This is a specialty heavy-duty cleaner and is not made to be used every day as a daily cleaner. If you need something for simple everyday messes, check out our Easy Oxy Multi-Surface Cleaner.
How do I clean glass shower enclosures with the Easy Scrub Deep Cleaning Cream?
Apply a liberal amount of Easy Scrub cleaner to the surface and scrub by hand or with a low RPM machine using a very soft abrasive white pad or non-abrasive scouring pad. Remove any remaining residue with Easy Oxy Multi-surface Cleaner or similar stone surface cleaner and buff dry with a microfiber towel.
Is a low-speed buffing machine essential? What are the benefits of using one to clean stone and glass surfaces?
A low-speed buffing machine is not a must-have, but it does help to scrub clean larger areas for a quicker finish time and easier cleaning with less elbow grease.
Can I use this product on polished stone?
Yes. This stone scrub offers easy stone care for polished granite countertops and other polished stone surfaces.
Why do mineral deposits form on stone and glass surfaces?
Everything but hydrogen and oxygen is left behind when the water has evaporated from a glass or stone surface. If this occurs repeatedly, the mineral deposits in the water may bind to the surface and create a condition known as "water spotting," in which the glass constantly looks stained. Organic cleaning agents can help remove the deposits and make the polished stone and glass surface look good again.
I am a little confused about which product to use on my glass shower doors and granite countertops. Where can I find more information?
You can watch the video tutorial above for more information on this product. However, if you are new to our line of products, we recommend getting in touch with our team before you purchase a product for your glass shower doors and natural stone surfaces.
Is this product available in bulk?
If you'd like to purchase this heavy-duty cleaner in bulk, you'll be happy to know that it is available in case quantities of 12 quarts. Need more information about our stone and glass scrub? PRODUCT NAME FOR FIX: Easy Oxy Multi-Surface Cleaner
What is a multi-surface cleaner?
Multi-surface cleaners, also sometimes referred to as all-purpose cleaners, are versatile cleaning agents typically found in liquid form. They may be used on a wide range of non-porous surfaces. Easy Oxy is suitable for natural stone, metal, outdoor furniture, plastic, and even fabric! It comes in a spray bottle for easy application, and the non-abrasive formula is gentle enough to be used on natural stones but tough enough to provide effective cleaning.
Are spray cleaners more effective than abrasive cleaners?
That depends on what you are cleaning. You would use an abrasive cleaner like Easy Scrub Deep Cleaning Cream for those tougher, stubborn stains and areas where dirt is caked on.
Is it safe for food contact surfaces?
Yes. You can use it to eliminate stains from kitchen countertops, sinks, and more! Many of our customers use it as a kitchen cleaner and as a degreaser as well.
Is Easy Oxy powerful enough to remove deep stains from surfaces such as natural stone?
No. Easy Oxy is a non-abrasive all-purpose cleaner used for treating superficial stains. If the stains are absorbed into the stone, you will need to poultice it out with something like our Stain Reaper. It can also remove stain from the fabric.
Can I use this product as an everyday cleaner for my natural stone?
Yes. Easy Oxy is pH neutral, so it won't cause damage to your stone surfaces like other non-abrasive all-purpose cleaners.
What stone surfaces can I use Easy Oxy on to remove stains?
Stone, fabric, metal, sink, tile, floors, toilet bowl, furniture, walls, grout, plastic, counters, stainless steel, and more.
What are some of the reasons to choose this product?
If you're looking for a product with a pleasant scent that's effective on just about all surface types, then Easy Oxy Multi-surface Cleaner is for you! It is an all-in-one product that's safe for multiple surfaces. Our stone cleaner is also a non-abrasive degreaser and deodorizer that can be used for quick clean-ups. Plus, it's non-toxic, free of bleach, and bio-degradable, so it won't cause harm to the environment!

PRODUCT NAME FOR FIX: Blue Skies Marble Safe Hand Soap
What is pH-neutral soap?
pH-balanced soap is a product specially designed to have a neutral pH. This prevents damage to your stone surfaces.
As you know, anything with acidic properties (like hand soap) can damage your natural stone surfaces (like marble). For this reason, it's always a better and safer option to use pH-neutral products around your stone to prevent accidental damage.
So, you should always try to use pH-neutral products around your stone. Hand soaps are not usually thought about. For this reason, we designed a hand soap that is safe for all natural stone and will not damage the surface.
Why should I use pH-neutral soap near my stone surfaces?
Having a hand soap that is not pH neutral leaves your stone open to possible damage, and who wants to take that chance
Does Blue Skies Marble Safe Hand Soap cause skin irritation?
No. It contains quality ingredients to prevent skin irritation. We have had many customers that have told us how amazing this soap is on their skin.
A few even have skin ailments such as psoriasis, and it did not cause any skin irritation. We recommend precautions if you have any skin conditions. Be sure to contact a doctor before using anything new on your skin.
What are the health benefits of using pH-neutral soap?
Ideally, the pH of the skin is about 4.7. A pH that's too high or too low might result in skin issues like dry skin, itching, and rashes. The pH of personal care products used on the skin, such as hand soap and facial cleansers, can raise and drop pH levels. Utilizing pH-balanced soap helps to balance your skin's pH. A pH fluctuation on the surface of the skin can affect the epidermis's ability to regulate moisture, leading to either the excessive production of oil or dryness. By using a pH-neutral soap, you can prevent this from happening, which in turn, could help to prevent skin irritation.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! In fact, the Blue Skies Marble Safe Hand Soap doesn't contain harsh chemicals, and unlike other products with a high or low pH, our soap is pH-balanced, reducing the chances of skin irritation. It also works extremely well to remove dirt and is cruelty-free - what more could you ask for? Do you have more questions about this product? Please reach out to us by calling or emailing us. We would be happy to answer your questions!

PRODUCT NAME FOR FIX: MB-3 Soap & Mineral Kit
What does this product do?
This kit removes mineral deposits and soap scum that can be found on various surfaces in the bathroom. It is the most advanced cleaner that breaks up scum, leaving your bathroom clean and free of mineral deposits and other contaminants.
Why is it important to remove soap scum and mineral deposits?
Mineral deposits and soap scum change the aesthetics of your natural stone and other surfaces in the bathroom. If you leave it to continue to build up, eventually, you will require a professional to come in and restore the stone, as you won’t be able to remove it manually. This cleaner is suitable for at-home use and can help you treat unsightly contaminant buildup quickly and effectively.
How often should I use this kit?
It's important to remember that this is not an everyday cleaner. We recommend using it every few weeks or once a month to remove any contaminants on your surfaces.
Do I need an abrasive scrubbing brush or pad to use this product effectively?
You may need something more abrasive to get rid of soap scum and mineral deposits. A soft bristle grout brush generally works best. Additionally, you may need a clean microfiber towel or soft foam pad to wipe off any remaining chemical residue after thoroughly rinsing the surface.
Are there any safety precautions I should take when using MB-3 mineral deposit remover?
Because this product can cause eye damage and skin burns, it is important to wear gloves and eye protection when using it. Please consult the SDS and get in touch with us if you require more safety-related information.

PRODUCT NAME FOR FIX: Marble Repair Kit
What causes water stains or rings on natural stone?
When acidic cleaning agents, food, or hand soap, come into contact with marble surfaces or other calcite-based stones, the acid reacts with it, creating light, dull marks on the surface called etching.
The etching is often very light and can only be seen at an angle, or it can be apparent and white in appearance. Sometimes these stains are also rough to the touch. When either of these happen, marble repair kits can help to restore these surfaces.
How can I prevent damage to my marble surface?
Acids are the primary cause of marble damage, so you must be very careful with acids around your marble. Prevent acidic foods such as lemons, limes, tomatoes, and wine from coming into contact with your marble countertop.
We advise using a pH-neutral cleaner like MB-5 Stone & More. Even hand soaps and shampoos can etch your marble, so be sure to use cutting boards when appropriate and stone-safe soaps as well, like our Blueskies hand soap.
Does this repair kit help to repair chipped marble?
This kit is specifically designed to rid your marble of surface etching. It does not contain epoxy glue or other products to help you repair chipped marble, cracks, and broken edges, which will need to be filled.
You can have a look at one of our marble repair products, such as the Granite & Marble Repair Kit, to try and tackle any chip repairs. However, we do NOT recommend attempting to repair chips and cracks on your kitchen or bathroom countertops without talking to one of our MB Stone Professionals first.
Can I use the kit to repair a broken marble countertop?
The short answer is no. You cannot use this kit to repair broken slabs of marble. Repairing a broken slab requires sanding the surfaces and applying colored epoxy glue while wiping away any excess epoxy.
While we offer the Granite & Marble Repair Kit, we do NOT recommend tackling any repairs without first talking to one of our MB Stone Professionals. Sanding produces marble dust, which can present health concerns.
This is because marble dust is toxic when inhaled, so it is essential to talk to us before attempting a DIY repair.
What is marble etching?
There are specific reasons why etch marks appear on marble surfaces. They may occur when marble is exposed to acidic beverages, such as alcohol, wine, soft drinks, and coffee. These marks may also form when you use ammonia, vinegar, bleach, and other cleaners on your marble.
This is because of the chemical makeup of the stone. Marble stone contains calcium carbonate, which makes it soluble in acid. Therefore, it undergoes a chemical reaction that results in etching or damage to the marble. It is equivalent to burning, which eliminates the uppermost thin layer of the marble.
How can I prevent etch marks on polished marble?
Use precautions when using acidic products near your marble counters. Cutting boards should be used when dicing up fruits or tomatoes. Rugs or mats on your floors can be used to protect them from possible spills, scuffing of the tile, etc.
Moreover, using a pH-neutral cleaner like our MB-5 Stone & More will help prevent etching because it is pH-neutral, unlike other commercial products. Even switching up your hand soap for our Blueskies Hand Soap which does not etch, will help keep your marble in tip-top shape.
PRODUCT NAME FOR FIX: MB-24 Barrier
What is a stone sealer, and what is it used for?
A stone sealer is exactly as it sounds. It creates a barrier, protecting the surface from food, liquids, and more. This is essential for preventing the formation of stains, which can be tricky to remove.
Do I really need to seal my natural stone surfaces?
Periodic sealing is essential for any natural stone. This is because natural stone is a porous substance by nature, meaning it may take in liquids, bacteria, and food particles. A sealer forms flexible molecular links, protecting the surface.
What steps must I follow before applying a stone sealer to natural stone?
It is important to ensure that you have a clean stone surface. The stone should be thoroughly cleaned and free of any waxes, stains, or topical finishes. It should also be completely dry.
Which natural stone surfaces is this product suitable for?
You can use MB-24 Barrier on any porous natural stone. This includes marble, granite, and more.
Can I use it on food contact surfaces?
Yes. This product can be used on natural stone countertops that may come into contact with food. However, it's important to allow it to cure completely, which takes 48 to 72 hours.
How long will it protect stone surfaces, and how often will I need to reapply it?
That depends on various factors, such as how often the product is used, how porous your stone surface is, and more. On average, it should last three to five years, but we recommend doing a water test every so often to determine if the stone needs to be sealed.
What happens if excess sealer dries on my stone surface?
If you allow this product to dry on your natural stone, it will become streaky or cloudy. This will also depend on how much excess product is allowed to dry. If you have only a little bit, then try cleaning it up with a pH-neutral cleaner like Easy Oxy.
Suppose there is quite a bit of excess. In that case, you should send us photos, and we can help determine the best next step.
Where can I learn more about this product?
You can use one of the following means of communication if you need to know more about stone care:
• International customers can get in touch with us by sending an email to mail@mbstonecare.com or using the live chat feature on our website.
• US customers can call us at 888-509-5831.
What safety precautions do I need to take when using this sealer on my solid stone surfaces?
Always read the SDS before using any stone care product. MB-24 may release moisture vapors in the presence of heat.
Although this product is VOC-free, you should still use proper personal protective equipment and follow the directions. We recommend using gloves and eye protection when working with this impregnating sealer.

PRODUCT NAME FOR FIX: Stain Reaper – 1 lb
Does this product remove organic stains?
Yes. Our stone stain remover is designed to remove stains from food and other organic sources that may end up on your granite countertop. It works particularly well for oil stains and can be used to remove wine, coffee, urine, cooking grease, olive oil, and other organic stains.
Why are my natural stone surfaces becoming stained?
All stones are generally considered absorbent, subject to exceptions. Due to their natural absorbency, most natural stones absorb liquids. Therefore, a true stain will occur if such liquids are staining agents. It is vital to note that an actual stain should be darker than the stained surface. Sealants are generally applied on granite countertops to prevent the stone from absorbing the liquids it comes into contact with. Still, if you're noticing deep-seated stains on your granite countertop, it may be because the sealant has worn off. This is often an indication that your granite surfaces need to be resealed.
What are some of the benefits of using the Stain Reaper?
The Stain Reaper is a poultice paste that works wonders for a large number of stains. As a prime stain remover for natural stones, the Stain Reaper treats oil-based discolorations, dirt, and highly embedded marks. This product is easy to use and potent, and it doesn't release volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which can cause a number of adverse health effects. It's your best bet when you want a product that can pull out stubborn, tough stains, such as deep-seated oil, harmful salts, or other hard-to-remove marks. You can use it safely on granite, marble, limestone, or travertine, as well as countertops with polished finishes.
Can I use it on polished stone?
Absolutely. This granite oil stain remover is safe for use on polished granite countertops.
Are there any safety precautions I need to take when using this product on my granite countertops?
Always follow the directions and contact us if you need assistance.
It's also important to note that this product must be used on surfaces that have a temperature of at least 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Applying this granite stain remover below this temperature can result in damage to the surface.
It's also important to tape off any sections that do not need treatment and avoid using a metal scraper to prevent damage to the surface.
Is the Stain Reaper safe for use on light-colored granite?
Yes. This product can be used on light surfaces. You can use it safely on granite, marble, limestone, or travertine, as well as countertops with polished finishes. If you have black granite, on the other hand, it's best to contact us before using this stain removal poultice.
Does the product come with a plastic scraper?
It does not. You likely won’t need it, as you should have a poultice powder that's completely dry when finished. You can simply wipe it away.
Will it remove deep-set mildew stains?
This product is not designed to remove mold and mildew stains. If you're looking for a stone care stain remover that works well for mold or mildew, we recommend starting with MB-9 Mold and Mildew Remover. Contact us if you need help finding the right product for your stone surfaces.
Do I need to apply a sealant after using this poultice paste?
Absolutely! If your stone is absorbing anything, and you're getting staining, then it's time to reseal. Check out our MB-24 Barrier, which is super easy to use.
Why is plastic wrap used when applying this granite poultice stain remover?
We recommend applying plastic wrap over the poultice granite stain remover when treating an oil stain to keep the poultice wet for longer. This will trap the moisture for more effective granite stain removal.
Why can't I just use a baking soda poultice to remove stains from granite?
Baking soda, typically mixed with hydrogen peroxide, is often recommended as a home remedy for removing stains from granite. While it may remove stains superficially, a poultice powder is necessary for stain removal when oil-based stains have soaked deep into the stone.
How do I get in touch with the team if I need more information about this stain remover for granite?

What's the Difference Between Honed and Polished Marble?
It's important to choose the right marble product for your home. Polished and honed versions have many similarities and differences. Let's learn about them below:
Shine - Honed marble tends to have an unpolished and matte finish. The surface doesn't really reflect light and features a more natural appearance. However, polished marble is shined and smoothed with abrasive materials to reflect the light. That gives it the bright look. Shined marble is more common in homes, but honed marble is becoming increasingly popular.
Durability - Both honed and polished marble are similar in this area. It's a natural stone, so it's tough. However, you must seal it to prevent etching and stains. Honed marble has a duller and rougher surface, so it doesn't show imperfections as easily. Polished marble repels stains better because its surface isn't as porous.
Color - Marble comes in many colors and gradients. Even countertops from the same slab might have a different hue if it's polished.
Aesthetics - You should also think about the aesthetics of your bathroom or kitchen when choosing between honed or polished marble. They are made of the same material, but the finish you select completely changes their appearance. Honed marble works better for natural and organic decorating styles because it creates a warm and neutral backdrop for other decorative touches. Polished marble, on the other hand, features a high-end and refined look. It pairs well with decorative lighting and ornate features and can stand alone as the decoration in the space because of its sheen.
Why Does Marble Leave Etch Marks?
Etch marks ruin the beautiful appearance of your marble surface. However, polishing powder can remove them easily.
Marble features calcium carbonate, which reacts violently with acidic agents, such as basic hand soap and household cleaners. Whenever they touch the marble, those acids create light scratches and etch marks in moments.
Generally, marble etch marks show up as dull and light because the acid reacts to them and physically dissolves some of the top surfaces. Once that happens, the marble below is exposed. It's not polished, so it can cause dull spots compared to the polished surroundings.
What Are Some Tips for Using MB-11® Marble Polishing Powder?
Your goal is to remove marble etch marks from the surfaces. You can prevent etching by using cutting boards and mats when making meals and beverages. Here are a few tips for using MB-11® Marble Polishing Powder:
Don't put too much of the product on the marble surface, or you could damage it. Less is more. You can always repeat it if you don't get rid of the etches./li>
Use a white towel to prevent pigments from the material staining or entering the space while you're polishing the stain away.
Create a paste with the polishing powder, either using a few mists of water or adding a few drops to the powder.
For safe practices, wear gloves.
Use a slightly moistened and clean white towel and rub the area until it's dry, but don't apply too much pressure here.
To get a professional touch, spray a little more water on the area, using the same part of the towel (with residue), rubbing in circles. Use a quick back/forth motion with higher pressure to produce the shiny, dry surface you want.
Repeat the process as necessary.
Use a pH-neutral stone-safe marble cleaner at the end to neutralize the polishing powder during removal. Our MB-5 product works well!

PRODUCT NAME FOR FIX: MB-3 Soap & Mineral
What causes the buildup of scum and mineral deposits?
Bar soap, which reacts with minerals in tap water, is a major cause of soap scum. These minerals interact with the bath soap to create a film that adheres to various surfaces. How often do I need to use MB-3 Soap & Mineral Deposit Remover?
This is not a daily stone cleaner, so we suggest using it every few weeks or once a month to remove mineral deposits and soap scum.
Which natural stone surfaces can I use this mineral deposit remover on?
As long as this product is used as directed, you can use it on natural stone surfaces, such as granite, quartz, and marble. It also works well on tile, glass, fiberglass, & more. As always, we recommend testing it on an inconspicuous area first.
Is this product suitable for composite granite sinks?
Yes. You can use this scum and mineral deposit remover to clean your composite sinks. Unlike other composite granite sink cleaners, MB-3 Soap Scum and Mineral Deposit Remover does not require hard scrubbing, so you can clean your composite sink effectively without much effort.

Absolutely. This product doesn't just work well on natural marble glossy surfaces, but it can also help you get various surfaces in your bathroom looking great.

Will it dissolve grease?
MB-2 Alkaline Stone Cleaner is a heavy-duty cleaning product for your natural stone and will help remove heavy soiling. It is not intended to remove grease. If you are looking specifically for a degreaser, then we recommend trying out Easy Oxy Daily Cleaner.
Do I need to prepare the surface before using this product?
Always test an area first. Remove all debris from the surface to be cleaned. Strip any wax or topical sealers as well.
You can use MB-1 Floor Amore for flooring and MB-5 Stone & More to clean and prepare other hard surfaces.
Will it provide a protective barrier to prevent my surfaces from being stained in the future?
No, this is strictly a heavy-duty cleaner. You would need to follow up with a sealer like our MB-24 Barrier to seal and prevent staining.
Can I use MB-2 for heaving soiling?
Absolutely! Just make sure you're diluting it in a ratio of eight ounces of cleaner to one gallon of water.
